No Returns or Exchange Policy

At Homestead on the Rise, we strive to provide high-quality products that meet your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our business, we have a strict no returns or exchanges policy. Please read the following carefully:

- Final Sale: All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

- Inspection Before Use: We encourage you to inspect your products upon receipt. If there are any issues with your order, you must notify us immediately.

- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product. We will assess each case individually, but this does not guarantee a return or exchange.

- Custom Orders: Items made to order or customized in any way are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

- Health and Safety: For health and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned once they have been opened or used.

- Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped, but once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

- Shipping and Delivery Responsibility: Once an order has been shipped via UPS, USPS, or any other carrier, Homestead on the Rise is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. We provide tracking information for all orders, and it is the customer’s responsibility to monitor and retrieve the package promptly upon delivery. For lost or undelivered packages, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Tallow Product Care

Our tallow-based products are crafted with natural ingredients that may change consistency due to temperature fluctuations. In warm conditions, tallow can soften or melt during transit or if left in high heat after delivery (e.g., on a porch or in a mailbox). This is a natural characteristic of tallow and does not affect the product's quality or efficacy.

Important Information:

- Shipping in Warm Weather: We take precautions to package our products securely, but we cannot control temperatures during transit or after delivery. Orders placed during hot weather or shipped to warm climates may arrive softened or melted.

- Delivery Recommendations: To ensure the best experience, please arrange for your package to be retrieved promptly upon delivery, especially in warm temperatures.

- Product Use: If your product arrives melted, simply place it in a cool, dry place or refrigerate briefly to restore its original consistency. The product remains safe and effective for use.

- No Returns Policy: Due to the natural properties of tallow and the potential for melting in transit or after delivery, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for melted or softened products. All sales are final. However, if your product arrives damaged (e.g., broken packaging) or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at homesteadontherise@gmail.com with photos, and we will address the issue promptly.

By making a purchase from homesteadontherise.com, you acknowledge and agree to this no returns or exchanges policy as well as responsibility for shipping and delivery.
