Tallow Product Care and Shipping Policy

Our tallow-based products are crafted with natural ingredients that may change consistency due to temperature fluctuations. In warm conditions, tallow can soften or melt during transit or if left in high heat after delivery (e.g., on a porch or in a mailbox). This is a natural characteristic of tallow and does not affect the product's quality or efficacy.

 

Important Information:

Shipping in Warm Weather: We take precautions to package our products securely, but we cannot control temperatures during transit or after delivery. Orders placed during hot weather or shipped to warm climates may arrive softened or melted.

Delivery Recommendations: To ensure the best experience, please arrange for your package to be retrieved promptly upon delivery, especially in warm temperatures.

Product Use: If your product arrives melted, simply place it in a cool, dry place or refrigerate briefly to restore its original consistency. The product remains safe and effective for use.

No Returns Policy: Due to the natural properties of tallow and the potential for melting in transit or after delivery, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for melted or softened products. All sales are final. However, if your product arrives damaged (e.g., broken packaging) or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at homesteadontherise@gmail.com with photos, and we will address the issue promptly.
